Me

I don’t believe in fixing people.
I believe in helping them see clearly.

Because when that happens, things change naturally.

Without force.

My work sits where leadership, performance, and presence meet.

I work with people who carry responsibility, make decisions, and figure things out on their own.

And at some point, they realize:

There’s another level.

Not outside.

Inside.

Before coaching, I spent over 15 years in high-paced, international environments — leading teams, driving transformation, and operating in complex systems.

I know what pressure feels like.

And I know what it takes to move through it.

Today, I work with leaders, founders, and individuals across the world.

Not by giving answers.

But by creating space where clarity emerges — and the next step becomes obvious.

WHY WORK WITH ME

Because I see what others don’t.

And I’m willing to say what others won’t.

I won’t try to impress you.

And I won’t try to please you.

My role is to serve you.

To challenge your thinking.

To cut through noise.

To help you see clearly.

You’ll notice the difference.

People don’t just perform better.

They think differently.

They move differently.

They live differently.

✒️ TESTIMONIAL

Alexander is a true force of nature! His listening skills are so profound that it feels like he's right inside my mind, understanding me deeply. His love and care are reminiscent of a parent's unconditional support. In his presence, I found myself in a nonjudgmental space, where I was understood and actively championed. Alexander has been an incredible influence on my journey towards self-improvement and happiness.

Experiences

Who I am is not defined by my experiences.

But they shaped how I see, how I think, and how I serve.

I spent over 15 years in high-paced, international environments.

Leading teams.

Driving transformation.

Operating where complexity, pressure, and expectations are high.

I know what it means to carry responsibility.

To make decisions that matter.

And to keep going when things feel unclear.

At 17, I left my home country and moved to Germany.

New language. New culture.

No guarantees.

That experience taught me how to navigate the unknown

and trust something deeper than certainty.

Over time, people started coming to me — not just for results,

but for perspective.

For clarity.

For a different way of seeing things.

That’s where coaching began.

The path wasn’t linear.

I faced burnout.

I came close to losing people I love.

Experienced what it means to feel like an outsider.

Those moments stripped away what didn’t matter —

and brought me closer to what does.

The most important role in my life is being a father.

It taught me something no professional experience ever could:

What it means to care without condition.

To be present.

To love without needing anything in return.

Everything I’ve lived through shapes how I work today.

Not by giving answers.

But by helping people see clearly —

and move from that place.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

  • A real conversation.

One where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out.

We’ll look at what’s actually going on — not just on the surface, but underneath.

And from there, things tend to become clear.

    What matters.

    What doesn’t.

    What your next step is.

  • This isn’t about giving you answers.

And it’s not about teaching you.

    It’s a thinking partnership.

A space where we look at how you see, decide, and operate —

and what becomes possible when that changes.

    Sometimes I’ll challenge you.

    Sometimes I’ll slow things down.

    Sometimes I’ll say very little.

What matters is that something real shifts.

  • Yes.

What matters is not the specifics of your situation, business, or industry —

but how you see, think, and decide within it.

    That’s where change happens.

    You bring your context.

    I bring perspective.

And together, we look at what actually matters.

  • Your willingness to be honest.

With me — and with yourself.

To look at things you might usually avoid.

To question what you think you already know.

And to stay with it long enough for something real to shift.

This work doesn’t happen to you.

    It happens with you.

You don’t need to be perfect.

But you do need to be present.

And willing to take responsibility for what you see.

    If you bring that,

this work can go very far.

  • You don’t need much.

Just a bit of space — externally and internally.

    Take a few minutes beforehand.

    Notice what’s on your mind.

    What feels important.

    What feels unresolved.
What you’d actually like to look at.

You don’t need to structure it perfectly.

    Just bring it.

    We’ll take it from there.

  • Yes.

Everything we talk about stays between us.

This is a space where you can speak openly:

    without filtering, without holding back.

I work in line with the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

  • Yes.

I work with people across different countries and time zones.

    Where you are doesn’t matter.

    The conversation does.

  • We usually start with a conversation.

    No preparation needed.

    No expectations.

Just a space to look at what’s on your mind —

and see if this is something you want more of.

If we decide to continue, we typically work together over a longer period of time.

Most clients choose to work with me for six months or longer.

Some stay for years — as their life and leadership continue to evolve.

We meet regularly, usually every two weeks,

and you can reach out between conversations if something comes up.

This is not about quick fixes.

It’s about creating real, lasting change —

in how you think, decide, and live.

If you’re curious about details, including pricing,

we can talk about it openly.

  • This is not for everyone.

If you’re looking for quick fixes, step-by-step guidance,

or someone to tell you what to do — this won’t be a fit.

This works for people who are willing to think, reflect,

and take responsibility for what they see.
