Who I am goes beyond the sum of my experiences, and I’ll share them to give you insight into what has impacted my growth.
With over 15 years of experience in high-paced tech environments, I began mentoring colleagues while excelling as a product leader, leading digital and agile transformations, and serving as Lead Agile Coach at a top European retailer. Eventually, I left my corporate leadership job and embraced my true passion: coaching.
I’m also an expat. At 17, I came to Germany with hope, optimism, and curiosity. I earned a business degree from one of Europe’s top universities, studied with world-renowned experts, and quickly rose into the top 2% of earners. The success of the products and services I developed led others to seek me out as a coach and mentor.
I’ve worked with dynamic startups, non-profits, and established enterprises, leading large-scale transformation projects and supporting over 60 teams to drive significant change. Fueled with curiosity, passion for learning, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
The journey wasn’t without challenges. I nearly lost my father to cancer, faced xenophobia, and battled burnout. Yet, these experiences became my greatest teachers, reconnecting me with my values and sharpening my focus on what truly matters.
The most rewarding role of all? Fatherhood. It taught me the true meaning of unconditional love—giving without expecting anything in return.
Beyond helping others grow, I’m passionate about freshly roasted coffee, digital photography, reading, nature, and travel.
Every experience has taught me to serve like no one else. The ripple effects of my work are already massive, and this is just the beginning.
