What languages do you coach in?
I coach in English, German, and Russian and speak all of them fluently and I’ve worked with clients from over 30 continents and all walks of life.
How long does the coaching process take?
The duration of the coaching process depends on a wide range of factors:
your goals, your commitment, your openness to change, your capacity for reflection, your individual circumstances, and other unique factors.
I offer different coaching packages with several durations tailored to your needs.

How often do we meet?
A good frequency is bi-weekly or weekly. Some clients wish for more support, especially at the beginning of the coaching process.
How can I schedule our conversations?
We speak about it and you will get an invitation to your calendar.
Alternatively, we will use a tool for this, depending on our situation.
Important: Each additional coaching that is not included in the package will be billed separately.
How can I reschedule or cancel?
Please cancel or reschedule by using a link in the description of our appointment in your calendar.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify any cancellations or postponements with at least 48h notice. Any cancellations with less than 48h notice will be charged at the full rate, and the client will not be reimbursed for the missed appointment.
Important: Rescheduling or canceling a session is only possible for a real bona-fide emergency. A meeting with your investor, board member, or boss is not an emergency. A broken leg is an emergency.
Being late
Your coach will wait for you for 3 minutes. If you are more than 3 minutes late, the conversation is complete. The client will not be reimbursed for this appointment. It is the responsibility of the client to be on time. We will end our call on time.

Coaching is not therapy. If you are dealing with trauma, depression, or other mental issues: my qualification is not enough to support you. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical help.

Our first call is free. This call is not a sales pitch. It is for us both to get to know each other and see if we can work together. You can experience my powerful coaching, that helps people to improve their lives, businesses, careers, and relationships.
The first coaching session is usually not to work on solving your challenges and reaching your goals, most of that happens afterward.

Coaching is not for you if you are looking for ready answers or someone to answer the questions or solve the problems for you. Same if you expect a magic trick, a system that always works, or a quick fix.

No. I don’t offer WhatsApp coaching: giving you my full undivided attention is simply not possible there.
Some clients love to share their achievements and wins - big and small, as well as some topic ideas for the next coaching.
Sharing any sensitive or confidential information over WhatsApp or other messengers is not recommended.

Please, find a quiet space and avoid distractions during our conversation. Take a few minutes before the call to think about your best hopes for our conversation - writing it down is a good idea too - to use our time together more effectively.
It is also important to have a stable internet connection. If the connection is lost or there are major technical issues, you can also give me a phone call as a backup option or if it is more convenient for you.

We meet online via Zoom. You can use your laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
The link to the call will be included in your appointment invitation.
Please make sure to have the app installed and up to date.
If you prefer another app instead, e.g. FaceTime, please let me know. Using Microsoft Teams is possible upon request but not recommended. -
I am located in Germany and enjoy working with clients from all over the globe.

Yes, I can provide you with a link to the video recording upon request. Video recordings are billed separately.
Many clients find it useful to be able to listen to the conversation again and can generate new insights.It is up to you if you want to record any of our conversations or use any additional services included in the packages. It is your decision what happens to your recordings, and whiteboards - if we use any of those. I can share them with you, save them to use in future conversations with you, or delete them - It is up to you.

No. There are three options:
1. Your initial coaching conversation was enough to get unstuck and move forward. I am glad to get to know you and would love to hear from you in the future.
2. We both agree that we want to work together. Then we can discuss your options in a separate call.
3. We are not a perfect fit. In this case, I might recommend other excellent coaches, trainers, and mentors.

All coaching packages are paid in full upfront using bank transfer or PayPal.
We can continue working together only after full payment is successful, and it needs to happen until our next session.Each coaching that is not included in your package and was booked in addition to it will be billed separately at full rate.

We do not offer any discounts or refunds. The client recognizes and agrees that they shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
