Something I keep noticing in conversations with highly accomplished people —
and I have these conversations daily:
with CXOs, founders, and leaders -
On the surface, things look good.
The business/career is good.
The income is solid.
There’s momentum.
And yet… beneath the surface, something feels off.'
It’s like you’re operating at 80%.
You're driving in cruise mode.
But there’s a lingering sense: there’s more.
You find yourself wondering:
“Is this it?”
You can feel it — there’s another level waiting.
New heights. More depth. More awesomeness.

Instead of the cruise mode, you could take the scenic, daring, breathtaking route
— the one that asks more of you, but gives so much more in return.
BUT ... it feels like something is missing:
- Maybe it’s clarity.
- Maybe it’s courage.

And honestly, it can feel scary to even look in that direction.
And that last 20%?
